5 Morning Routines that Will Set You Up for Success

You wake up, have a coffee, do some scrolling and check your emails.... and all of a sudden it's time to go to work and you didn't even have time to think about the day ahead. 1. Start the night before

Take control and make the most of your time by planning your morning routine the night before. Allow plenty of time to do what you planned and start the day with a sense of accomplishment. 

2. Take care of your mindset

Mindset matters and can set the tone for the day ahead. Take a few minutes to meditate, practise gratitude and positive affirmations. 

3. Time to focus

A brand new day is a brand new opportunity. Focus on the important things you can do to move your life closer to where you want it to be. Write down your main goals for each day and work on them as early as possible.

4. Reduce decision making

Keeping in mind what matters, make sure you don't waste your energy on what is not so important. Decide what you are going wear and take for lunch the night before so you can have a clear mind for what really matters.

5. Healthy Brekkie

Eat a healthy brekkie. Some specialists recommend lean protein, whole gains, fruits and vegetables. Eating breakfast will give you energy, help your metabolism and may also help with memory and concentration.
