FAQ
I’m new to latte. How do I make it?
Latte is a milky drink traditionally made with espresso coffee and hot milk. Our lattes are made with fruit and vegetable powders and are a healthy and delicious alternative to caffeine and sugary milk drinks.
While there is no secret to making a latter there are ways to perfect this art. Our blends can be made by simply mixing 1 or 2 teaspoons of latte powder to a dash of hot water, add hot milk of choice and stir. Our lattes can also be made using a coffee press and hot water, adding the hot milk at the end. Alternatively mix the powder with milk and heat it up in a pot.
We suggest topping up your latte with frothed milk. As we use whole fruit powder it is possible to have very small pieces of fruit goodness in your drink.
Our lattes can also be consumed cold - simply mix 1 or 2 teaspoons of latte blend to a dash of hot water. Add cold milk and stir well.
How do I store Latte House products?
Or products need to be stored in a cool and dry place - refrigeration is ideal. Our resealable packaging should be sealed tight, so as not to let in any air to the product, once opened. Alternatively store you latte powder in an airtight container.
I’m lactose intolerant. Can I have Latte House's lattes?
All our blends are free of dairy and lactose.
ity for the consumer. Our supplier warehouse and distribution facility are fully certified by Australian Certified Organic (ACO).
Allergies are on my mind. What is Latte House's advice when consuming your products?
We pack a range of food products on shared equipment including nuts, seeds, grains and cereals. This includes peanuts and gluten. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these.
We also stock a small amount of products packed externally and there is the possibility that suppliers could change the formulation or substitute ingredients at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Also refer to our Terms and Conditions of sale.
Are your products gluten-free?
All our products are naturally gluten-free. However all of our packaging contains a warning that all of our products may contain traces of gluten. As our gluten-free products are stored and packaged in the same kitchen as products containing gluten, there is always a very slight chance that contamination may occur. Although the chance of this is unlikely and caution is taken at all times, we would rather ensure that our customers are fully aware of this so they can make the decision as to whether or not the product is safe for them or not.
