Standard Domestic Shipping (NZ)

Parcels are shipped via NZ Post. We do not provide tracking information for the free standard delivery option. We do not offer a pick-up facility for local customers. 

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. Orders received on Fridays and weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery is usually up to 7 working days. If you are in a rural area this may take longer.

We do not require signature as proof of delivery so your parcel may be left at your door. If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly and in good order is to arrange it to be sent to your work address. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your delivery or if you require a tracked parcel please purchase the premium shipping option.

Shipping within New Zealand ranges from $3.50 to $6 depending on quantity and if tracked or not. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12. We offer free shipping New Zealand wide on orders over $35.
