  1.  Privacy Policy - Your Details

1.1. Latte House will store personal details only to keep subscribers up to date via our opt-in subscription newsletter.

1.2.   Latte House will not sell or exchange any personal details.
1.3.   Your details will be kept solely for the purpose of subscription updates; you will be removed if requested.

       2. Place of Applicable Law

2.1.   Latte House complies with New Zealand laws. The information on this site is directed at those who access it within New Zealand. Those accessing this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if applicable.

3.1.   Product information, dietary information, photos and pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. Packaging and ingredients may vary, so please always check the details on the packaging before using any products. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.

4.1.   Our latte powders and blended in a facility that also processes nuts, seeds and gluten. Although actions are taken to ensure there is no cross contamination this could occur.

5.1. All pictures, photographs, text, design and layout of the Latte House site remain the copyright of Latte House. You may print portions of the Latte House site for your personal and non-commercial use.

5.2.   Latte House shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained within this site.

5.3. We aim to provide the most accurate information on our website, however in the case of typographical errors or information which is not correct, Latte House reserves the right to correct the error and any actions leading from it.

      6. Delivery

6.1.Latte House will deliver the goods to you at the delivery address within 2-7 business days, after cleared payment. Times quoted for delivery of goods are estimates only. The Customer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for goods by reason of any delay in delivery or dispatch. 

6.2.   All goods must be checked on delivery. The customer must check the products and notify Latte House in writing within 48 hours of delivery of any possible incorrect order. For a credit note to be issued  against damaged goods, proof will be required. 

6.3.   Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the goods passes to the customer at the time when the goods have been placed on the vehicle, which is to effect delivery from Latte House's kitchen. The goods remain at the customer’s risk at all times unless and until Latte House re-takes possession of the goods under these terms and conditions of sale.

        7. Returns

7.1.   Latte House will not accept returned goods without prior authorisation. 

7.2    In instances where delivery has not been completed within this time frame due to fault of the customer Latte House will not refund until the package has been returned to its kitchen.

7.3    Latte House does not refund for change or mind or due to personal taste. 
7.4    Refunds will only be offered where packages are unopened and un damaged suitable for resale.
7.5    Once dispatched orders can not be cancelled.
       8. Purchasing and Payment

8.1. When an order is made on our website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you purchase goods, your payment details are processed securely through a secure payment gateway. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

        9. Beyond Reasonable Control

9.1. Latte House shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its control, but not limited to Acts of God, fire, lightening or extremely severe weather conditions, explosions, war, disorder, floods, industrial disputes, whether or not involving our employees, acts or omissions of internet service providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
